Our Carpet Cleaning Process
Done Right Services is proud to use a VERY LOW MOISTURE CLEANING (VLM) process to clean residential carpets. There is little to no chance of spots returning. Our products are also environmentally safe and safe for both children and pets.

Walk-thru & Inspection:
When we first arrive, one of our friendly technicians will go over the scope of the work and ask you to walk us through the areas that we are cleaning. At this time, if there are any areas of concern, please let us know. We will ask you questions about spots to help us identify them so that we can prepare any specialty spotting products needed to remove the spots.

Pre-Vacuum:
Dry soil removal is one of the crucial steps of our carpet cleaning process and our Tech always does a thorough and deep vacuuming to all areas to be cleaned

Pre-Conditioning & Spot Treatment:
We apply a safe cleaning solution to the traffic areas of the carpet that helps us to break up the stubborn soiling that has bonded to the carpet fibers. At this time we’ll also address any special spots/stains with our spotting products. We’re educated and trained on how to identify and remove stains, there are times a stain may be permanent, however, we have a high success rate at removing most spots/stains.

Furniture Moving:
We kindly ask that you remove small items out of the areas we will be cleaning before we arrive and secure any breakables as well. We can slide some furniture out from its original position, clean underneath, we will not move large items such as beds, dressers, entertainment stands, china cabinets, anything with electronics on it, and items of the like. This is for our safety and for the safety of those items.

Cleaning process:
In our low-moisture cleaning process, an eco-friendly product is applied using a sprayer and is agitated into your carpet using a rotating machine. The machine agitation lifts the pile, which not only helps free soil from the carpet fibers but also helps to remove madding. It also cleans the fiber on all sides, producing the highest level of cleanliness. After the carpet is cleaned, it is re-vacuumed. Leaving your carpet looking and smelling great This process produces no waste to be dumped into your gutters or surer make butter choice for the environment

Post-Vacuum
This is the final step. In our carpet cleaning process it allows us anything that was madden down in the carpet and the first vacuuming was not able to remove

Drying time
Low-moisture cleaning uses 1/5 of the water of steam cleaning and your carpets will be dry in 1 to 2 hours

Carpet Protector:
We offer carpet protection application after your carpet is cleaned as an additional optional service. Carpet protector creates an “invisible shield”. It also penetrates the fiber improving your carpet’s stain resistance and comes with are 6 month guarantee. Those who have carpet protectors applied after cleaning notice their carpet lasting 50% longer which means saving on the cost of early replacement.
